Mental symptoms
Mental stress leads to poor concentration and confusion. This is usually noted in those working and students. for student as an example, they look confused and start dropping in their grades. They seem to be suffering from undue fatiguebespecially mentak. Mental stress may also lead to lack of confidence and irritional.
Emotional symptoms
Irritability i.e. angry outburst from part of emotional symptoms. Other emotional symptoms are anxiety, depression and irritional fear, crying for no reason,false happiness/sickness and rudeness.
Physical symptoms
Physical stress manifests in various ways such as tenseness of muscles, dry mouth and lips, high pitched voice and palpitations i.e. increased heartbeat. In other instances, this could be witness ftrquent urinations/short calls and disinterest in ones physicall apperance(hydrophobia).
Behavioral symptoms
Behavioral stress may manifest in increase/decrease in smoking/drinking . there may lso be increase/ decrease in appetite. Social withdrawal and recklessness especially in driving may also be present .Not uncommon those suffering beharioral stress show it through trichtillomania or hair pulling,
